Billing Terms & Conditions

These Billing Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all sales of boats (“Products”) from MegaBoatEngines (“Seller,” “we,” or “us”) to the customer (“Buyer,” “you”). By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Pricing

1.1 All prices are listed in Dollars and are exclusive of taxes, duties, registration fees, and delivery charges unless otherwise stated.
1.2 Prices are subject to change without notice until a Sales Agreement is signed or a deposit is received.

2. Payment Terms

2.1 A deposit of [insert % or fixed amount] is required to secure an order or reservation. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2.2 The balance must be paid in full prior to delivery, shipment, or transfer of ownership.

4. Ownership & Title

4.1 Ownership of the boat remains with MegaBoatEngines until full payment has been received and cleared.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

5.1 Orders canceled by the Buyer after deposit payment may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
5.2 Refunds, if applicable, will be processed only after inspection and approval, and may be subject to administrative fees.

6. Taxes & Fees

6.1 Buyer is responsible for all applicable taxes, import duties, registration costs, insurance, and licensing fees unless otherwise specified in writing.

7. Disputes & Governing Law

7.1 Any disputes related to billing or payments shall be resolved under the laws of USA.
7.2 MegaBoatEngines reserves the right to suspend delivery or cancel sales for unpaid or overdue accounts.
