Great motor by Suzuki. As specified by manufacturer this motor always stats fast even after not being used for a while. It has good power for its size, I installed it in a 15 foot center console boat I built and getting 29 mph at WOT. The fuel economy is amazing. It runs quietly and very smooth. This motor is definitely a great buy.

I ordered my new 30 HP long shaft motor after lunch time on a Monday. It shipped the next day and arrived on that Friday the same week. 4 days - Incredible shipping and very prompt at filling my order. I installed the motor and everything was as advertised. Everything was in the crate and installed with no issue. The only negative I have is, the controller was set up for left hand operation. I use my right hand for shifting, as I'm sure the majority of people would. The task of swapping it to use on the right wasn't too horrible though. I didn't find any step by step instruction to install the engine;, but I did watch a ton of Youtube videos, prior to my engine arriving. I was able to install without any issues. Lastly, this thing fired right up and ran quiet and smooth. I love it. I would highly recommend megaboatengines to anyone in need of a small outboard engine. Awesome experience!! James
